Amazing experience! The staff and Dr Proctor were very caring and personable. The procedure was quick and painless. The facility is very high tech and clean. I was impressed with the standard of care I received. I highly recommend Southwest Dental Group.
I went to see Dr. Gore today and he is really a good guy! He e explained everything about what happened to my tooth in a way that I understood and was very kind. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. This is a great place to go when you need help!
Love this office and Dr Proctor!! I work all over the U.S. and make a point to come home to take care of all my dental needs. Dr Proctor has been by my side through my enter Clear Correct teeth alignment treatment. I affectionately call myself his problem child, but he is always there to answer my questions and take care of all my dental needs. His staff is amazing as well!!
The building is awesome and super clean! But, it cannot compare to all of the staff from reception, assistants, dentist, hygienist and the billing assistant. Things stared on time, went smoothly, procedures explained fully, as well as plan of treatment and billing. Friendly, upbeat staff. Highly recommend.
Always very nice and very friendly staff and professional in all that they do. Just a wonderful dental practice from the receptionist to the dentist themselves. Very fortunate to have access to such a practice here in Abilene.
Dr Gore was referred to me by a friend and I am so glad I went to him. He has been wonderful! I have not had a bad experience in this office. The staff (receptionists, hygienists, etc) also make everything run very smoothly and have been extremely kind.
