Dr. Michael
Bleeker practices Prosthodontics. He has advanced training in
combined Prosthodontics from the Department of Veterans Affair,
oral sedation, CPR and medical emergencies.

Dr. Bleeker
received his bachelors in science from the University of South
Florida and received his dental degree from the Medical
University of South Carolina in 1992. Thereafter, he
attended the University of Virginia Medical Center for his GPR.
He trained in
Maxillofacial Prosthodontics from MD Anderson Cancer Center, and
attended Ohio State University of College of Dentistry for
Implant Prosthodontics. |
He is licensed
in Arizona and is a diplomate of the American Board of
Prosthodontics. He is also a fellow of the American
College of Prosthodontics, an associate fellow of the American
Academy of Maxillofacial Prosthetics, a member of the ADA, AzDA
and CADS.
He was a major
in the United States Army Reserves and served in Iraq in 2004.
